We operate a 'resident central' approach to residential care. When you join us at The Hermitage we promise to understand you, your life story and your needs in order to create a personal care plan involving our carers and your relatives. We focus on promoting resident ability which in turn helps self esteem and independence.

The team is led by our Residential Care Manager to create a happy and harmonious environment while making sure our care is first class. We work very closely with the District Nurse team who visit regularly should any Registered nursing input be required. We are very proud of our outstanding local reputation.
